Mally Beauty is a cosmetic line that was started and is run by Mally Roncal. For those of you who don't know, Mally is a Celebrity Makeup artist. Her impressive client list includes Beyonce, JLO, Angelina Jolie, Celine Dion and Ashlee Simpson, just to name a few.
So I had heard alot of talk throughout the makeup community about Mally Beauty and it had to try it.
The hard part has been trying to get my hands on some of her products. As I live in Australia I could not purchase them direct off her website or off QVC, but luckily it was Amazon to the rescue and I was able to grab some items off there.
There was one product that I really wanted to try.

Cruelty Free Statement from Mally. Do you test on animals? "Absolutely not! I adore animals and would never do such a thing! As a matter of fact, I am the proud owner of a beautiful rescue dog. My husband, my family and my company and I are all very passionate about the well being of all animals and would never test on them in a million years! We always say, tested on celebrities, not animals! But seriously, we want you all to know that we are in no way involved, directly or indirectly, with any animal testing!"
Product Design: The product comes in a sturdy metal compact which is good, because you know it won't break if dropped. The triangular sponge is a bit of an issue because there isn't really anywhere to store it. The Pink finish to the compact with the logo branded on the top is nice.
Product Longevity: For me I found this product didn't last very long. After a while I could feel it sliding off my skin. This may vary though dependent upon the user.
Product Formula: Mally designed this product to replace translucent powder, which she claims is the devil. Its formula could be described as silky and silicone like. When applied to your skin it feels extremely smooth, powdery and light. Just like any powder would. I would definitely consider this an innovative product.
Product Coverage: So this product sets your makeup beautifully and will hide all those pores. I like to think of it as a face finisher. Don't go overboard when applying this. Less is definitely more in this case. If you apply too much it builds up to look like you have chunks of silicone on your face and thats not pretty ladies.
